Srisailam Colony is a residential layout developed by The Project Employees Co-operative House Building Society Limited (Reg. No: I/2743).

A sprawling 31.88½ Acres of planned residential development on the outskirts of Guntur.
VGTUDA Approved
An officially approved layout by the Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Urban Development Authority in the year 1987.
New Leadership
A new, unanimously elected Managing Committee is now in place for the 2025-2029 term.

Building a Community on a Dream
The Srisailam Colony was born from a collective dream. Between 1985 and 1986, The Project Employees Co-operative House Building Society acquired 31.88½ acres with a singular vision: to create a well-planned, thriving community for its members.
- VGTUDA Approved: Officially approved by the layout authority on 26th October 1987, ensuring a planned and legal development.
- Prime Location: Strategically situated in the developing area Guntur region.
- Future-Ready Infrastructure: Thoughtfully designed with wide 30-ft and 40-ft roads and dedicated zones for parks, a temple and & other facilities.
